Pool Openings

Clearing and storing winter cover, scooping debris from the pool, reinstalling deck equipment and wall fittings, setting up the filtration system, priming the pump, checking for leaks, leaving it running if water level permits, rinsing off the pool deck, and adding chlorine. Customers are responsible for filling the pool and debris disposal. We recommend bringing in a water sample after 48 hours of pool running for a free test.  PLEASE NOTE: Vacuuming of the pool is not included but can be performed on an additional date for an additional charge.

Pool Closings

Pumping the pool down to the proper winterizing level, scooping debris, blowing out lines, water features, spillover spas and heaters, winterizing wall fittings, cleaning salt cells and cartridge filters, adding chemicals, securing the winter cover, storing wall fittings and deck equipment, and covering or detaching solar blankets (do not store in sheds). Customers are responsible for having winterizing stuff out. We recommend removing leaf net covers before snowfall. PLEASE NOTE: Vacuuming of the pool is not included. 

Hot Tub & Swim Spa Service & Repairs

We service all makes and models year-round. Pumps, packs, topside controls, heater elements, covers, cover lifters. Spa openings and closings are available. PLEASE NOTE: If a leak occurs within the spray foam, the customer must remove the affected area before repairs can be made.

Weekly Pool & Spa Maintenance

Test water, empty baskets, vacuum, skim, backwash, clean cartridge filters (monthly), clean out robotic or Polaris cleaners and canisters, brush waterline, add chemicals to balance water, and ensure equipment is in working order. We request that customers keep pool or spa topped up before each visit to ensure our crews deliver the best possible service. We provide year-round maintenance on hot tubs, swim spas and indoor pools.

Pool Cleanings

Green to clean or cloudy to clear. Test water, empty baskets, vacuum, skim, backwash, clean cartridge filters, brush the waterline, walls, and floor, and add chemicals to balance the water. If your pool is green or cloudy, your water level must be higher than the skimmer to ensure the best possible service. PLEASE NOTE that follow-up visits might be required for an additional charge.

Pool Equipment Replacements & Repairs

Pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, chlorinators, chemical feeders, automation systems, lights, replumb, replace fittings. PLEASE NOTE: Internal leaks in gas heaters will need to be looked at by a licensed gas technician.

Leak Detection & Repairs

Pressure test all pool lines and repair as needed. Dye testing of wall fittings and steps. PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT dive but can recommend divers.

An operational examination of a swimming pool and its surrounding components, aimed at identifying any existing or potential problems with the pool’s structure, equipment, and safety features.

Solar Blanket & Auto Cover Services

Laying a solar blanket bubble-side down, trimming the edges to fit just under the coping and attaching with straps and clips to the roller. PLEASE NOTE: A follow-up visit might be required to do a touch-up trim. For auto covers, cleaning out the drum of debris, checking over the motor and track system, and ensuring smooth aligned operation.
